It is with great sadness that the family of Norma Jean Levy (Webb) announce her sudden passing on Friday, March 2, 2018 in her 78th year at University Hospital, London with family by her side.

Predeceased by her husband John (2011). She is survived by her children Ken (Barb), Karen (Mark Zehr), Kim Shanklin (Kirk Wallis), grandchildren Megan Winchester (Adam), Erica Flessatti (John Jenkin), Kyle Mace, Kendra McCorquodale (Chris), and Hilary and Ashley Shanklin. Five great-grandchildren Ben and Brandon Winchester, Addison Flessatti, and Kiersten and Natalie McCorquodale. Also survived by her mother Marion Webb, her sister Marie (Jim), brothers Glen (Henrietta), Floyd (Jill), Gerald (Helen), several nieces and nephews and sister-in-law Margaret Benner. Pre-deceased by her father Orville Webb, brother-in-law Gary Vowel, and son-in-law Randy Shanklin.

Home and family were dearest to her heart, second only to her husband John, the love of her life, with whom she shared a lifetime of adventures and so lovingly cared for in his final years dealing with kidney failure. In the latter years, Norma spent countless hours caring for her mother alongside her sister, Marie. She still managed to find time to keep her gardens specially manicured, her home meticulously beautiful and kept up with the escapades of the younger generations.

Visitation at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. South, St. Marys (519-284-2820) on Monday, March 5, 2018 from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. A Private family funeral will be held with interment in St. Marys Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation or the St. Marys Memorial Hospital Foundation will be gratefully accepted.
