The price includes the care and maintenance fee, which is the general upkeep of the grounds: grass cutting and maintaining the level of the ground. Interment fee (opening and closing of grave) is not included in the purchase price. at St. Marys Cemetery, which will depend on when the burial takes place.  The fee includes staff, equipment: backhoe, truck, grave dressing (support boards and lowering device), $10 registration fee (resgistation fee only charged with casket burials) and HST.

Cement Casket vaults are recommended, but not required as policy 
under the St. Marys Cemetery By-law.

Columbarium (above ground structure to hold urns)

Town resident (taxpayer): $1686.53 

Non town resident: $1816.48

One columbarium niche can hold two individual urns. The purchase price includes the purchase of the niche, HST and a bronze name plate. Inurnment fee (sealing in an individual urn) is the same as the urn burial fee listed below.
