(Within 80 km of St. Marys, over this radius $2 per km. If donation to science is requested, this fee would be $175.00 as the body would be transfered from place of death to UWO.)

Facilities (sheltering of the deceased) 300.00
(Sheltering of the body from the time of transfer from place of death to funeral home to the time of transfer for cremation or burial. This fee would be deducted with donation to science as the body would be initially transfered from place of death to UWO.
Facilities [visitation (separate day) & funeral service] 800.00
If the visitation is on the same day as the funeral service, $200 will be deducted from this facilities fee. If the funeral is held at a church or other location, the facilities fee will be deducted in line with cost of conducting a service at that outside location: i.e.: church caretaker fee, church organist and/or hall rental, to a maximum of $200.
Automotive Equipment:
Transfer to Crematorium and retrieval of cremated remains 95.00

Selection of Funeral Supplies: Stationary, Casket, Casket Vault, Urn and/or Urn Vault,
H.S.T. (13% on services & supplies) or Disbursements
